2. What data we collect

Only the data you enter in the form: your name, your organisation or group if you mention it, email, phone, the country your group is coming from, the kind of retreat, the number of participants, the period you have in mind and your message. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to reply to you.

We don’t use your data for newsletters or marketing without your separate consent.

4. How and where it is processed

Your data travels over an encrypted connection and is handled through our technical providers, who act as data processors: the website hosting (Aruba S.p.A.) and the email service (Google Workspace). We don’t sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it; after that we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability, by writing to miripiri@miripiri.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
